NeckCare is launching NeckCare Home™, the most significant addition to the NeckCare product line to date — extending sensor-based cervical rehabilitation beyond the clinic and into the patient's daily life.

What is NeckCare Home™

NeckCare Home is a camera-powered remote rehab platform that works on personal devices with a standard camera—no extra hardware needed. Clinicians assign home exercise programs through the NeckCare platform, while patients access sessions via a dedicated web app and complete guided exercises with real-time movement tracking. After each session, automatic exercise logs are sent to the clinician.

How It Works

Clinicians assign and manage home exercise programs directly in the NeckCare platform. Patients follow guided sessions focused on sensorimotor control, proprioception, and neck mobility. Using the patient’s device camera, the system tracks movement in real time and logs activity automatically, after each session.

Clinical Applications

NeckCare Home is intended for use in patients presenting with neck-related dysfunction and could potentially benefit from sensorimotor control exercises.

Remote Therapeutic Monitoring

NeckCare Home supports Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) billing. Eligible CPT codes include 98975 (initial setup and patient education), 98977/98985 (device supply with data transmission), and 98978/98980/98981 (treatment management services).
