Dr. Henry Sylvestriz, a chiropractor and CEO of Align Med in Las Vegas, Nevada, introduced the NeckCare System to his practice almost a year ago. With a heavy focus on personal injury care and MVA, he saw a clear opportunity to enhance both diagnostic precision and patient communication using objective cervical spine assessments using the NeckCare System.

Since adopting this technology, the clinic has relied on its assessments to evaluate cervical spine function and muscle spindle proprioception—an approach that’s already yielded substantial results.

“The ability to charge for assessments done with the NeckCare System has resulted in about $350,000 of AR in 6 months,” Dr. Sylvestriz noted.

Not only did Align Med experience a welcome financial boost, but NeckCare also became an integral part of their workflows.

“Our doctors really love the device,” he said. “Our patients also love it, and they understand the necessity of doing the assessments and reassessments.”

With the upcoming addition of the NeckCare Systems neuromuscular reeducation, Dr. Sylvestriz expects continued success for the business with the platform.

“We can only expect that number to grow,” he added.

Just as importantly, NeckCare’s team has supported Align Med every step of the way—ensuring smooth onboarding, responsive communication, and thorough training.

“Working with the NeckCare team has been nothing but great,” Dr. Sylvestriz said.
“They respond on time and they’re always helping us train the staff and the doctors so we can understand the technology.”

In a fast-moving clinical and billing environment, NeckCare has become more than an assessment technology. For Align Med, it’s now a vital part of delivering measurable, objective care and driving business performance.
