John, a Professor of Clinical Orthopedics and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University at Buffalo, is a Fellow of several prestigious medical societies. As the Director of Outcomes Research for the UBMD Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, he also serves as a Division 1 team physician and Medical Director of the University at Buffalo Concussion Research and Management Center. Notably, John co-developed the Buffalo Concussion Treadmill Test and contributes to international concussion consensus panels.

Chad, a professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at Duke University, also holds secondary appointments in Population Health Science and the Duke Clinical Research Institute. Earning her PhD in 2004, she focuses on the neck's influence on sensorimotor control and its role in headaches, dizziness, and post-concussion syndrome. Julia is the leading global author on cervical-related proprioception and sensorimotor control, with over 140 publications and several book chapters. She also practices as a physiotherapist, specializing in headache, whiplash, cervicogenic dizziness, and post-concussion syndrome.
